Pinnacle Beads specializes in offering the best of glass (and class) David Christensen Hand-blown Cane Glass Beads, along with many of his other unique glass creations, which are all handmade in the USA from cane glass, also referred to as furnace glass.

 Our goals are to have the most up to date info and variety of David's products and to be able to offer them to you on a regular and consistent basis at the best possible price. And sometimes along the way we even manage to find and offer other unique or useful products, so it's always an adventure!

Pinnacle Beads is backed with over 17 years of industry experience and has and will continue to offer the highest (otherwise known as the Pinnacle) level of products and service. Our Pinnacle Beads Etsy Store is the place to find all of our latest items.

Sales Tax

We are headquartered in Rhode Island and charge a 7% sales tax (as required by law) for orders shipped within the state of Rhode Island. We do not collect sales tax for orders shipped to addresses outside the state of Rhode Island.

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. If it is a Bead Emergency (i.e. I have a craft fair tomorrow and I needed these beads last week), please let us know and we will do our best to process your order right away and you may choose expedited shipping.

First Class Mail - Best value for smaller packages up to 13 ounces. Packages are delivered in an average of 1-3 days to any destination.

Priority Mail - Best value for larger packages, over 13 ounces and possibly expedited delivery for greater distances. Packages are delivered in an average of 1-3 days to any destination.

At Pinnacle Beads our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Refunds – will be given for the full purchase price less the original handling/shipping charges if you paid for them or our handling and shipping charges if you received Free Shipping.

Exchanges – will be given subject to any price adjustments and additional handling and shipping charges.

All undamaged, non-defective return items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

Please contact us by sending us an email at CustomerService@PinnacleBeads.com, or by calling us at 401.484.1152 to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.

All returned items should be sent via an insured courier with a tracking number, because we cannot be responsible for items that do not make it back to us or get damaged on the way. Please include our return authorization number on the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if we made an error that requires a return, or an item is damaged or defective, we will gladly correct the mistake or problem by paying all of the charges to return the merchandise and to send out the correct or replacement merchandise.

About Hand-blown Cane Glass Beads, also referred to as Furnace Glass Beads

For the most part cane glass beads are sold by weight vs. by the piece.  The number of beads that you will receive in 1 ounce (28 grams), for example, varies depending on the shape and size of the bead and the size of the hole. Also  no two beads are exactly alike because each bead is individually hand cut. That is why there is usually a range given. We will be as specific as possible so you can buy just what you want for your designs and you'll know what you are getting for your money.

With our mixes, you'll always get a nice variety of beads.  In an ounce of like beads, they'll be close in size (unless stated otherwise ).  There will also be options where you can buy sets of  the same bead, in specified sizes, so you can get an exact number of the same bead.

There may be small price differences which just reflects the total weight of the beads in the set or the cost of human intervention to get them that way.  You will learn that we are extremely fair.  We will always treat you as we would want to be treated and that would be honestly and fairly.
